SOG military tickets

Asking for a friend they’re not staying onsite and don’t have time to order tickets the base here doesn’t have enough in stock. Can he go to SOG and purchase tickets already activated when they get to Orlando and does everyone in the party need to be present when he picks them up?

Everyone doesn't need to be present when he purchases the tickets at SOG. However, the military person will have to be present when they group enters the park for the first time with the tickets. They will activate them at the window of the first park you go to. Once that is done, the military person no longer needs to be present.

I've heard mixed stories on the SoG tickets. The SoG tickets are already activated so no need to do that. Other tickets purchased at other military facilities require the process you stated above.

they’re hoping to have them activated the day before entering to avoid the lines at ticket windows. If everyone goes with him to SOG to pick them up will they be activated then?

I don't think you need to do that.

If he, the military member, go to SoG to buy them, all tickets would be activated. No need to do anything else.

I've just ordered all my tickets from them and I have no plans to stop at any Guest Services window on my first day and I have not been told I need to, unlike with the tickets you buy at a military base, you are given those instructions.

Not true they are already activated.
