SOG bride question

Hello everyone, thanks in advance for you help. We are only having about 30 people at our vow renewal and really want to have a buffet style meal. Does anyone know if we can go to the buffet at shades of green? We don't really want any dancing or anything really fancy.

Also does anyone know a number we can call to hire a bus to transport guests from POP Century to SOG and then back?

Hi, I am a SOG bride, planning for a January wedding. I do know that they have lots of different options. Give them a call, I have been working with Bonnie and she has been GREAT! They will do pretty much what ever you need as far as dancing, not dancing, just eating.. whatever

We are planning on a buffet meal in May....so yes! It is possible!

Thanks for the replies. I did get in touch with Bonny and she has made reservations for us to do the buffet. Now I need to find out if we can still do a cake after the meal.

Are you doing a buffet in one of the reception rooms or at the Garden Gallery?

We are going to go to the Garden Galley. We will not have enough guests to justify a buffet any other way.

I wouldn't say 30 is too few to justify a buffet. My rehersal was about 30 and we had a private buffet at SOG. We had prime rib, a chicken dish, veggies, salad, etc... What was nice about that was we had the room to ourselves for however long. It wasn't my first choice for a rehersal because the wedding was in the same room the next night, but they made it very nice.
