Is it still okay to bring in soft sided coolers with water bottles? I am planning on buying one today for the trip. I had read somewhere that they must be the small ones but are there any other restrictions?:confused3

We took a soft sided cooler into the parks on our last visit. We had plastic bottles of water & Pepsi. Security didn't said anything to us during our 5 days there.

Ooops...meant to tell you that our cooler fit 5 bottles easily and we carried it in the basket under our grandson's stroller.

Awesome! I was looking at a small one that would fit about 5 bottles! And.. I just happen to be taking a stroller. I remember last summer we just a couple water bottles in the diaper bag and at check thru they opened the bag then closed it. No problem! But we drank those down sooo fast and ended up spending God knows how much throughout the day on water in the parks. So.. gonna try the soft cooler this time around. thanks for the advice!:thumbsup2

We were at WDW in 2007 and had a soft-side cooler that holds about 12 bottles. It has a pull out handle and has rollers. We didn't have any problems with it. It fit on top of the double strollers that you can rent, but we've also zip tied it to the back of an umbrella stroller. It's a little bit of a hassle, but saved us a lot in the long run.
