Soft pillows at AoA?

AoA has the most uncomfortable bedding I've ever slept on in my entire life. The pillows felt like foam and had zero give.

Funny, I find the beds and pillows very comfortable at AoA. I’m used to sleeping on a feather pillow but I like their pillows just fine. YMMV

Sounds like I better find a way to pack my own just in case!
