Soft Openings

Hi,
I read on another forum that thre are soft openings of Buzz Lightyear's Lazer Blast scheduled for the weekends in March.
Is there any way I can find out about these, it would make my DS's birthday really special if we could get into one of them, but how does it work - do they just open the ride and if you happen to be close by, you're in luck, do they announce it in the park or is it by special invitation ?
As always any advice much appreciated

If it's anything like WDW then it's usually Annual Passholders and such like who are invited to soft openings. I don't know if you're one, or a member of the Shareholders Club. Otherwise it might be worth contacting DLP direct, just to ask them what is happening with Buzz!!!

Thanks Bexx - I thought that might be the case - no I don't qualify on either of those oh well gives us the perfect reason, as if I need one to go back again.

Might be an idea to have any buzz related mechandise highly visible and for DS to speak loudly Buzz is my favourite character and I wish we had come in April as you walk past ride

Another suggestion is to get a birthday badge from city hall on Ds's birthday and ask when you're getting it about when the Buzz ride is opening. It would be a big hint and hopefully they'd let DS on as a birthday treat
