Soft opening for new BW ice cream store!

Ample Hills Ice Cream is opening officially on Sunday and soft opening is going on now. Wish I were there!

I had a cup of dark chocolate, & DD had butter pecan brittle in a pretzel cone yesterday -YUMMMM!
btw, the soft opening is supposed to be limited to Cast Members (a bit of pixie dust for our last day).



I agree with food blog - the décor, selection, & atmosphere fits in with the BW perfectly

At home I rarely have ice cream. But there is something about strolling the BW at night that just demands me to eat ice cream. Can't wait to try this new place!

There was literally no attempt to make it appear like a private or limited opening yesterday when I was there, they were actively inviting the public in from the boardwalk...

looks like they expanded the soft opening - I saw elsewhere that coupons for one free cone were left in many rooms at the BW on Friday.
& while we were more than happy to pay, DD & i were each given our choice of any item on the menu free on Thursday

Yes, my husband had a free sundae and I had just a cup of ice cream.

We just left on Tuesday. My DH kept looking for ice cream. That would have been perfect.
