Soaring! Height Restrictions?

Does anyone know what the height restrictions for California Soaring are? I’m just curious. I would guess that the Soaring attraction at Epcot will have similar restrictions. Thanks for any help!

I think it's 40 inches. My DD just barely made it (and Splash Mountain) when we were there in March 2003. She was 3 years old.

ETA: She loved Soarin' but has not been on Splash since.

Thanks! My 3 year old is currently 37 inches. We go in July so there is hope. I think he would enjoy the ride.
