Yes, I have and it is AMAZING. I did it when I was in Disneyland, and was lucky enough to get on it when I was in Disney World just a few days ago. I'm very happy that they decided to put one in Epcot, it is really an awesome attraction. :)

ARGH! No, as hard as i tried I couldn't get on it. Oh well, maybe next time!

in cali i havent rode the new one yet

The one in WDW is the exact same film.

Florida_luvr-Soarin' is a really neat attraction. The idea of it is that you are hang-gliding over different sites (in California). It isn't really a ride, but you are seated in "hang gliders" and lifted off the ground to watch the film (like an IMAX film) to give you the sensation you're actually hang gliding. I really enjoyed it- it makes a great addition to Epcot. :)

I haven`t been on it, but I heard it is incredible... I`m a little upset that it took the place of Food Rocks though

I went on it in California Adventure a few years back. It is such an awesome ride, and I'm so glad that they added it to Epcot.

So it's the same film as the one in Cali? Wonder if they'll change it in the future. It would be cool if they could do one with the whole country or world or something like that so it would fit in even better at Epcot.

i went on the one in Cali but i dont think it should be soarin over california when its in Florida. they should have just made a new movie for Florida, they could prolly even use some of it.

I don't think it's the *exact* same film because I read somewhere that the film ends on Main Street USA, which I don't remember in the California version.

When I saw it in DCA, I thought it was the absolute best Disney attraction at either park that I'd ever been on. It's been a few years, so I can't wait to go back and ride it again! :goodvibes

No, it is the exact same film- the cast member even told us it was, and I was in DL in December, and remember the Main Street part.

As for them changing the film, I don't think it's really necessary. Most of the scenes you wouldn't even know it's California other than the Golden Gate Bridge and LA. But who knows, maybe they will change it.
