Obviously I get that it's spring break and crowds are CRAZY, but I just looked on MDE and the wait for Soarin' is 220 minutes!!!! 3 hours and 40 minutes? That is INSANE. Man am I glad I am not there right now!
I know it is like beating a dead horse but how does Disney not see this as a big problem for Epcot. They ought to be imagineering a new e-ticket attraction yesterday and starting to build tomorrow! Using the Wonders of Life pavilion, or a coaster in Japan, or a new ride upstairs in Imagination pavilion. Something! Somewhere! to alleviate Soarin and Test Track and help with FP+ tiering.
Am I right or am I right?

That seems a bit insane - makes me wonder if there was a problem (mechanical, guest whatever). What is the wait time for some of the other attractions?

Right now, MDE is showing 120 minutes for Soarin', which, while certainly long, is much better than 3 hours, 40 minutes, and doesn't seem unreasonable for this time of year.
I think it must be people who have never been before and think it is going to be some spectacular ride if all these people are waiting this long for it. Then they get on and are like WHAT???? I waited 2 hours for that??? It is a great ride, but there is not one ride I would wait 2 hours for, not even an hour. My daughter really wanted to do Tower of Terror and we may not be back for a very long time, but we just refused to wait 80 mins and instead enjoyed something else. Just not worth it to us...
As much as I LOVE Soarin I would never wait that long to ride unless I knew this was a once in a lifetime trip and would never have a chance to do it again.
This post has just brought back all of the anxiety I was just starting to get rid of over our trip next month the week leading into Easter Sunday.
We were there Mardi Gras week and there were several times that the Soarin wait hit the 200 minute mark. I agree, crazy! Unfortunately I have a DS-7 who fixates on it, but for that kind of wait we are definitely hopping to another park to just avoid it all together.

Dear. God. Dear. Dear. God. And we will be there a few days before Easter. Ugh.
I LOVE Soarin' but the only times I would ride sb was at rd and that was a 15 min wait. All others are fp. Oh, well. I can hope for a good day! All the flowers will be pretty.
