I just have to say that this is my new favorite ride. :thumbsup2 It was soooo worth the long wait in line!

Oh I love it too. Although we have always been able to get a FastPass so the line was never long. I have seen it up to 180 minutes.

Will be trying it the first time in 2 weeks. I sure hope the lines aren't bad. FP never seems to really work for us. We end up on the wrong side of the park at the time we need to use the FP.

Hope my daughters love it!

I've never been on it. The wait was too long and there were no more fast passes. Hoping to get the chance in Dec.!

We tried to get on it in the afternoon, but the wait was 75 minutes. We knew we wouldn't be around in time for the fastpass, so we just skipped it. We ended up going back about 8:30 and there was only a 20 minute wait. If you can, check out the line later in the evening. It's definitely a must-do ride!

It is a wonderful ride! Even if you have to wait, it is worth it.

i am not a scary ride person at all....

this ride is i'm sure the best ride i will ever ride :thumbsup2
leavin on monday....cant wait to ride it on tues :woohoo:

Another vote for this one... :thumbsup2 I actually tear up at the end when you fly over Disney... what a bafoon I am!

I've ridden it many times!! The trick is to get there early. When I was there in May, I rode it 3 times within 45 minutes. Last week I rode it twice in a row. Once standing in a very short line and then using a fastpass.

:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 for this ride!!

My dgf chickened out just as we were about to sit in the seat. She kept right on going out the exit.

I love Soarin'!!! I always ask for the front row, much better up there.

I think I'm the only person who wasn't totally enamored with Soarin'. I thought I would actually feel like I was flying, not watching "Impressions de Californie" on a swing.

:faint:

I will say that it strikes me as odd that the wait times seem SO MUCH longer for Soarin' than it does for Soarin' Over California. Why is this? Do they have a better designed line area, or can they hold more people?

LOVE SOARIN'!!!!!!

I am a native Californian (6th generation, actually) until dh took me away from CA for Fl.

I never really understood the whole *tear-ing up* thing until I rode Soarin'. I got a huge lump in my throat. What a loser I am! :)

Ds is 38 1/2 inches, so I can't wait until he grows that last inch and a half so he can get on it with us!

Oh gosh, you aren't the only one. We rode Soarin for the first time last month in Disneyland. I had NO idea that it ended over DL, I seriously did tear up.
I LOVE SOARIN!!

It really is a neat ride, and I LOVE the smell over the orange groves.

I LOVE SOARIN'!!!!! It is one of my favorite rides.

Soarin' Over California is the best ride. We love it. When we go to California Adventure that is the first place we go to to get our fastpasses.

We loved it too. We really didn't know what to expect and everyone in our group enjoyed the ride from 10 years old to 61! I can't wait to go and ride it again, almost made we want to go to Disneyland. :)

For all of you who found the lines to long.........join Tour Guide Mike. I followed his advice and with a group of 11, during the second week of June we rode it twice, almost walking right on.

Everyone loved this ride, it is one of my favorites. I think it was my 73 year old MIL's favorite, and I was glad we got to do it twice.
