We did it last week and it went well. Entered through the gateway around 7:45am. Checked in at the tour desk around 8:00am. We actually waited for some no shows. There were only 15 in our group. It was a nice sampler tour. I got the impression it was a sample to get you to book other tours because at least twice the guide asked is anyone was ready to book one of the other Epcot tours.

We were done by 9:10. It's a sample tour. Some trivia on the movie and techniques. We left after the tour, but I guess you could've made it back in line before the other guest made it to the line. We are at Bwv and pretty laid back about the parks...it was a pool day afterwards for us.

We are staying at the BCV in mid June and scheduled for the tour. Did you have any issues getting through the IG at that time of the morning ?

No. They opened around 7:45am after the park was cleared. They asked for an email confirmation, but I told them all I had was a confirmation number and it was fine. Those who had an early breakfast had their magic bands scanned for confirmation

I just cancelled my reservation for party of 1 for July 26th. In case anyone wants to book it.

Has anyone done the tour at Disneyland? I made a reservation last week for July 12. I thought it was unusual that it's at 10:00am, the park opens at 8:00am.
