Soarin' & Everest

Does anyone know when these 2 new attractions will be done? They both sound great.

Also, does the Annual Pass give me 20% off at the participating restaurants? Or do I need to also buy the Disney Dining Experience thing to get 20% off?

Soarin' will be this May, and Everest in early 2006 (although I heard they had a construction snafu). As far as the 20% goes, you will need the DDE card, to my knowledge.
