Soarin closing for good in October?????

I don't see why they didn't do a few movies at one time and rotate them. If it's all computer operated and sync'd, how hard can it be after you have 1 done.

Maybe OT, but while it's the same ride as in Epcot, the queue is so much better! I like to have to wait a little while IN the building, because it has all the pictures + short biographies from all the "pioneer" pilots. That's something I really miss at Epcot.

I doubt that the ride would even close for a rehab.

Likely they would close down one side for a month rehab, and then close the other side the next month.

That's a big advantage with two theatres.

The only times I have seen no lines is when there are no lines in the park at all. Epcot's attendance is higher than DCAs, so Epcot's lines will generally always be longer. But I have always seen that Soarin over California's lines are the longest of any DCA ride (don't know about GRR during the summer though).

The wait time for Epcots Soarin' has been over 2 hrs for the past week!!! Usually it dies down when everybody goes to the Showcase to see Illuminations, but not tthis week. Now were expecting 50k to pass through our gates for the next 2 weeks!! I can just see the standby line extending up the stairs and outside of the Land.
