Took me a couple hours to get here, it seems the DIS doesn't want to load today.

It was slow last night; but it is s-l-o-w today.

Australia Day? It represents the date that the First Fleet arrived in Sydney Cove in 1788. It is otherwise known as Invasion Day or Survival Day to the aboriginals.

We have a public holiday and the government hand out Honours for the Order of Australia. Today is the day they also announce the Australian of the Year. Geoffrey Rush is this year's AotY.

So now I'm officially a total geek. Last night on the way home from band I was checking out apps. Turns out Undercover Tourist has made their app for the windows phone in addition to the iPhone and Android, so I downloaded it. I found one for DL too, but it was $3.99 instead of free. All day I've been geeking out on the wait times for the various rides. At DHS, TSMM has a 70 min wait while it's only 35 mins at DCA. On the other hand ST2 has a 55 min wait at DL but only 20 min at DHS.

Pretty dorky huh?

I'm not sure you could say they are good showings, what would be good is to have a good application submitted.

Yup! I should take "before" pictures. This will be the dirtiest unit I have had to deal with in my 5 short years of being a landlord. Fran has seen worse. She was a heavy smoker. You can see where her pictures were on the wall. The kitchen is disgusting.

I typed confusingly, Fran wasn't the heavy smoker and she never lived there, it was a little old lady, she died of complications from COPD.

Nothing structural, thank god, just years of little old lady neglect, however we have no idea in what condition His Majesty rented the place in!
