usnuz - I feel so badly for you! I hope the naproxen helps. It's what I'm on (along with lots of other stuff) but I'm not sure it's doing much.

queenie - I'm off to look at your pics next! Mount Vernon is about 1 hour from my house but I haven't been there for ages.

I switched therapists yesterday and my new one worked on some of the pressure points in my neck, back and hand. She says that I'm not getting proper circulation in my thumb and haven't been since "the event" whatever it was happened in late Dec. and she is worried. She did manage to get several small areas 'released' including a disk? in my hand that was a problem but today I am in more pain than usual. Duh......

I am still in alot of pain. I need to go back to the urgent care and get more pain pills, was hoping not to need to much. I hate tylenol 3 w/ coedine makes me sick to my stomach. I am going back to sleep now. It also knocks you out. That is why I am not on much. MY poor TR

I'm sorry you're still in so much pain. I hope that they can find something for you. Fran takes Percocet and that seems to help her.

Sorry you're in pain too...maybe we should change this to the pain thread.

I'm not in nearly as much pain as any of you folks, but two nights ago one of the cats must have scratched the bottom of my foot. I was tracking blood all over the bathroom floor (unbeknownst to me) and it still hurts to walk on it. I'm taking Ibuprofen which seems to help.
