Chris and I are. I talked to my Mom and brother today. They're not going to vote. My Mom says she doesn't feel informed enough. It's their choice and that's fine with me. I was just wondering how many of y'all are going to vote on Tuesday.

Me. We have the cutest public service announcements running here, one is a man trying to order at a drive through and another guy keeps changing the customer's order. The point is "When you don't vote, you allow others to make your choices"

I plan to vote, for sure.

I'll vote and then be thankful for the day after when all those stupid mudslinging political ads are gone. :D

That sounds like a great ad, Katholyn....:D

Yep we are definatly voting! I for one will be glad when all the mudslinging is over too.

I will vote and ALWAYS vote!!!! Its your civic duty to be informed on the issues and too vote!!!

I will vote, so at least I have the right to complain about the results..... ;)

I ALWAYS do, since I lived through a time when I COULDN'T... my Mom always told us it is a right that she was not privy to when she was a child and never take it for granted.

My sister works for the electorate every year. This year is the first time we'll use the new touch machines and it sounds cool!

I'm looking forward to the new machines, Robin. They're supposedly accessible for the visually impaired. I think it will 'talk' you through the process. I can't wait to see. It will be so nice to vote without assistance....:D

we had the touch screens here in our primary. it just didn't feel the same to me. :p

i definately plan to vote. i was just reading the local (non-partisan) voters guide yesterday so i would be more informed.

I always vote too. I try and keep informed on the candidates and where they stand on the issues.

I already voted by absentee ballot. :teeth: You choose not to vote, I better not hear you complain. :o ;)

I always vote. It's my civic duty and a great privilege that I think many of us take for granted.

DD, now aged 6, is still incensed that she can't vote yet. She follows all the candidates in our area and can't believe people don't want to vote when they can. I think the biggest disappointment of her life to date was learning she couldn't vote in the last presidential election...she could only vote at Toy R' Us in their little voting booth. She told me that was "insulting". :)

I'm voting!

I'm with you caitycaity! We've had the touch machines since the last presidential election. The new machines seem to take all the fun out of voting. :p

I would but I have no Idea what the candidates stands are (all they do is attack each other)

Then the actual issues aren't any better.

Pro's: Issue 1 saves taxpayers money
Con's: Issue 1 costs tax payers money

As one of the chairs of my town's Democratic Town Committee, yes I will be voting, holding signs, making phone calls........:)

I voted day before yesterday. My county now has extended voting and the polls have been open at the Election Supervisor's office since last week.

We have the new touch screens, and I liked 'em. No more hanging chads or misaligned ballots.

I'm voting, but I'm still wishy washy over who gets my vote for Congress. Usually I've decided way before now.
