All my friends are working tonight. Except one, who has ballroom dancing lessons on Friday nights. All others have too many kids. So, I am sitting here thinking that I just might go to the movies and see Elf by myself.

Any of you live near me in Dracut? Wanna go out for a drink? O'Hara's (my local bar) is having a special needs fundraiser for kids tonight also. May stop by there.

My daughter is sleeping out again. She has a better social life than me

I'll join ya in the boredom department. DH is in Florida on an interview. My older son is at a Syracuse Crunch birthday party. Other son is playing with a friend, and I'm here drinking a beer and listening to Jimmy Buffet. How pathetic is that. A 38 year old mom drinking a beer by herself. LOL. I wish I were in Mass. I'd get rid of the little guy and come and join ya.

Anyway, I've got a sweet potato in the oven, and plan on grilling a steak and making a salad. Can you get to Syracuse? I'll share!

In a similar postion except that I have been sick. I think I have Bronchitis, but don't want to go to the Dr. Been sick for over a week. Finally gave in and stayed home from work.

DH & DD are downtown Pittsburgh at Light up Night. I am home miserable with nothing on TV.

Kathy, I had what I think was bronchitis last month. It took exactly nine days to get rid of it. Ten was my limit. If if wasn't gone in ten days, I was making an appointment with the doctor. It was miserable, so I can sympathize with you. Everytime I'd lay down, I'd start coughing. Yuk!

Well.....I'm only in E. Bridgewater, but I think it would take me a day and half to find my way to Dracut!!!! Another cyber drinking buddy.

DH is in bed (gets up for work at 3am). DS is in his jammies under a blanket watching Fairly Oddparents, and I am DISing.

I do live close to Dracut. In Billerica but I've never heard of O'Hara's.... My DH is in bed early (he has to work tomorrow) & requires much beauty sleep.

DD has a cousin over and they are upstairs doing girlie stuff. Too bad I would have loved to have gone out for a couple. Maybe we can arrange to have a mini meet someday!

My DD goes to school @ a private school in Lowell on W. Sixth street. I am working @ their Christmas Fair tomorrow. I also hear that St. Theresa is having a Turkey Raffle tomorrow. I was hoping to stop by there but I don't think I will be able to.

DD1 is sitting on the living room floor drawing animals, DD2 has been sleeping in her room since 730 (its now 945).

DH and his 3 Brothers went to Mohegin Sun tonight for the Ulitmate Fights...the fight doesnt start till 9pm, and it's a 3 1/2 hours from here, so expect him around 4 or so tomorrow morning...DD1 is being VERY VERY quiet, as she knows if she's quiet she can sleep in the living room, as I don't sleep in our bedroom when DH is not home (weird I know..but the bed is just to empty!)...11 years, never slept in it.

I've done the laundry, dishes, and am now sitting here with a Bacardi O3 sitting on the couch watching "While you were out"...

Well, after I "hung up" with you bored people , guess what I did? I was looking through our videos and DVD's 'cause there was nothing good on TV, and found our wedding video.

I swear, I don't think I've ever watched the whole thing through. Man, I forgot what a good time that was! That's what the guests looked like. And Rob and I frequently looked like this: :happy1:

Too bad he wasn't here for that bit of marriage therapy.

I know how all of you feel....my 2 year old is asleep, and my boyfriend left for a weekend trip to South Carolina with his buddy to pick up ihs buddy's daughter a few hours ago.

Soooo....here I sit, all broken hearted; tried to eat some Krispy Kreme doughnuts, but decided that I shouldn't I've been sitting here at the computer for a bit listening to Outkast's new song, "Hey Ya"....which, interestingly enough, is being played on ALTERNATIVE stations here. I AM SOOOO BORED!!!

Actually, tomorrow I'm going to IOA to see Cat in the Hat/The Grinch and the snow thingie for my daughter, and she and I will be spending some one on one time together tomorrow So, it's still gonna be a good weekend

OK, so last night I baled on all of you. My sister came over and she wanted to go out so I said ok. We went to O'hara's and dropped money on the raffles. They had raised about $750 in about the first 2 hours we were there. This is a real small bar so that is a lot of money.

I am addicted to the trivia game.

MAC3 I sent you a pm. I am going to that Christmas fair and maybe we can meet?
