My pet peeve of the day:

There was a woman in Starbucks who was behind me in line, but when it came time to go by where they give you the coffee she would reach for every coffee put on the bar no matter what the "barrista" said it was...hello!? There were people in FRONT OF you so our coffee will be served first! She even held on to one woman's coffee like she was going to take it...it wasn't even what she ordered!

Yes, I know there are MUCH bigger annoyances in the world, but she just got to me today!

Let's see, yes, I have been annoyed already this morning. Our company is switching insurance brokers for our employee benefits. I am not at all in favor of the switch, but it wasn't my decision to make, so I am going with the flow. The new agent keeps calling me asking stupid questions about our group, things that insurance agents should already know. That's comforting.

Utt ohh...dont be in front of me at dunkin donuts here. I always get my coffee before people in line ....one of the benefits of being in there upwards of 10 times a day I guess.

When they see me walk in they make my coffee, then set it on the counter, next to one of the cash registers. I usually wait until there is only 1-2 people in front of me before i reach up and grab it and hand them my $2.37 and walk out....Some days I'll get a nod from one of the managers to go to where they pick up the breakfast sandwich's and grab mine over there if the lines really long and full of those "people from down south who come up here to pass our snow plows while they are out salting only to find themselves on their roof in a ditch 3/4 of a mile up the highway, with those of us with green plates honking as we pass with a finger in the air".... guess who annoyed me today@!

Hmmm my 17you nephew who is visiting us form outside the US. It was a very last minute visit. I got him a $20 gift card to the mall. Same thing I got all of my nieces and nephews.

Well he want to the mall and than said my sis in law that what were we thinking giving him $20.00. He cant buy anything with that. #$@!#

Last year he is getting anything from me.

Its not so much a who as it is a what. I'm cleaning the bathroom and I can't seem to find a way to get rid of a rust stain. Is there a way? I'm on the verge of giving up. I've tried all the cleaners in the house. Oh, and Clorox Teflon, yeah. that stuff doesn't clean to save its life. It won't clean anything up. Oh well. I'll figure something out.

I find that rubbing it with a pumice stone usually works. Or, I sometimes use "Barkeepers Friend". You can find it at Wal-Mart by the powdered abrasives.
