i signed up for the staples rewards card (last winter).....only to have them up the $$$ to have free shipping.
is there anywhere people are getting free shipping for water??

cheapest that I have found is Garden Grocer 12.00 shipping unless you order $200.00 worth of stuff. If you do that shipping is free. they have tons of stuff (online grocery store> )

Even if you have to pay for shipping through staples.com, 2 cases of water only comes to $21.00 including tax, S & H. We just did this in June and it was well worth every penny!

$12.00 per case?! If they are the same size as staples.com (1/2 liter bottles/24 bottles per case) staples.com is cheaper even with the charge for S & H.

My friend got the Staples free shipping last August by registering for their rewards program. When she called this year, she was told there would be a charge for shipping, BUT she could avoid that charge if her husband registered for the rewards program. The helpful employee pointed out that since the husband was a NEW rewards customer he would be eligible for free shipping.

Checked the Staples website, I don't see free shipping listed as a benefit for new customers, I'm going to check with my friend to see if her order went through without shipping charges added. I'll post an update.

thanks everyone! i've never had to deal with this before, we have always driven. we will be on free dining while there, so getting groceries is out.
maybe i will just pay for shipping, then i don't have to worry about it. it will still be alot cheaper than buying bottle after bottle in the parks.
does the case have 24? thats 2 waters each per day. we could just get 2 cases, then on checkout day , give any extras to someone checking in.....
