Our tradition is cheese fondue & chocolate fondue on NYE & red beans and rice for New Year's Day...but I'm open to suggestions!

That's funny... we're fonduing on NYE too! We always do black eyed peas on New Years Day, though. It's one of those things that my mom used to do for good luck in the coming year. So I'll make black eyed peas and tomato gravy and rice and pork chops or something.
