So what restaurants are you trying for the first time this vacation?

This October we will be trying Yachtsman Steakhouse, Bisto Paris, Crystal Palace breakfast buffet, Sci-Fi, and Citricos all for the first time. We are very excited!

We also have reservations for some old favorites: Kona Cafe breakfast, Afternoon Tea at the Gardenview Lounge, California Grill, and Rose and Crown.

We are trying Crystal Palace-Breakfast and Ohana for the first time this trip.
We are doing 2 of our must do's (Sci Fi and Chef Mickey's) and we are doing 50's Prime Time because we are taking my cousin (who has never been to Disney before) and we think he will have a good time there!

1st time TS for us are Crystal Palace dinner and Narcoosee's.

CS we plan on trying for the first time are Flame Tree (due to the unfortunate closing of Tusker House--sorry, one last whine), Backlot Express and Sunshine Seasons.

In all my trips the only actual TS I went to was back in 1994 and it was Brown Derby.

This year we have dinner ADRs at Kona, Brown Derby and Marrakesh. I may add on one more, but haven't quite decided. Maybe a breakfast at Kona.

Well, me and my three annual passholder buddies have decided that every time we go to Epcot, we're going to eat at a different country. Our target restaurant @ Epcot will be Chefs de France. If we have time, we'll most likely try Concourse Steakhouse before it closes.

Last year was my tenth trip and I added CP, H&V, and Donald's Breakfastsaurus. This year, going back to Donald's(no surprise) and adding WCC and LTT.

This summer, some new ones we're trying are:

O'hanas for dinner (we've done breakfast)
Cape May character breakfast
Donald's Breakfastsauraus
Shula's
Akershus Princess dinner in Norway
CRT for breakfast (we've done dinner)
Spoodles

I still plan on making 1 or 2 more reservations...just haven't decided where yet.

My 4 new places to try are: Spoodles, Raglan Rd, & Crystal Palace, Wolfgang Puck' Express.

Repeats, this year: Kona' for breakfast, Ohana', Leciellier', & Wolfgang Puck Cafe.

We are going for 3 days at the end of this month. New Places for us will be Artist Point and Jiko. Old favorites include Kona for breakfast (we have done both lunch and dinner before, so breakfast will be new) and Ohana for dinner (have done before). :yay:

In May we did Chefs de France and Garden Grill...loved them both.

In July we are only doing CS, but are planning to hit the Mexico one and the Japan one, and Spoodles Pizza Window....LOL! Plus others I am sure.

In September, we are doing Narcosseess (sp?) and Tony's Town Square

In November, we are doing Yachtsman and Spoodles...that I can think of off the top of my head.

this year is our seventh year, but these are the restaurants we are trying for the first time:

Yachtsmans Steakhouse
Alfredo di Roma (Italy)

...This is our first trip with the DDP and I've got a few new places we would like to try...Boma (dinner), Coral Reef (lunch), 'Ohana (dinner) and 50's Prime Time Cafe (lunch) :goodvibes We also have some faves as well as hoping to try Yak and Yeti and possibly the new Tusker House buffet :thumbsup2

In all of our WDW vacations, we've only eaten on WDW property once (other than the occasional snack), and it was San Angel Inn. So finding a new restaurant for us is pretty darn easy! After finding this forum and reading up on all the Disney restaurants, I really want us to try Boma this year. It seems like one we would really like. We *might* also try LTT or Crystal Palace if we can on NYE because a dinner reservation would be nice on NYE and we are planning on being at MK that night. I also really want to try the vegetarian sandwich at the Columbia Harbor House because it looks so good!

Last time we went it was a split-trip between 3 days at WDW and 4 on DCL so we weren't exactly looking to pig out in the parks. Also having 3 diehard veggies in a group of 10 didn't help either. We did food court at CR a lot! Chef Mickeys character breakfast one day, and a cs with me, the 2 kids, and grandpa at TL the last day before meeting back up with the rest at Epcot, then we walked over to Ohana's for probably the only good meal before we got on the boat.

This time it will just be my nephew and I going so we're doing all the places we couldn't do before: 50's PrimeTime, Sci-Fi, LTT, along with a return to Ohana's. Even though we've got the DDP TS ADR's filled up we still want to do Biergarten, Rose & Crown Pub, TE, WCC, and Fultons.

This year we will be doing some new restaurants:

Spoodles
Wolfgang Puck Cafe
California Grill

Last year we also tried several new places:
