Inspired by all the comments of people who just don't "get" designer handbags! Everyone has something they splurge money on, or even things they're willing to spend more on than someone else might.
I've already confessed I enjoy designer purses and shoes. I also collect Walt Disney Classics Collections figurines. Those are big, once in a while purchases, though. My everyday splurges are almost always books. I can always justify a book, or two, or three...
So what's yours? (This is intended to be friendly and light, not to make others feel bad.)

I'm slowly starting to feel like I should treat myself now and then so I recently bought myself a pair of UGG Classics. I also used to love to buy books...but I have discovered the library so my thought is why should I spend the $ when I can read it for free..leaves me $ to spend on other things. I would have to say my recent indulgences are clothes..I need them..desperately. The one thing I absolutely have no wiggle room on is my facial cream. I'd work three jobs to pay for it if I had to. I use Kinerase.
and my car there is nothing like driving that Benz down the freeway ! I do not get Starbucks or really eat out for lunch because I feel like I shouldnt LOL
Used to have lots of cheapie shoes, but then pregnancy happened and my cute 7W shoes didn't fit anymore. Funny, how 8W isn't as cute...
That made me LOL!! Just try an 11, there is no way to make that size cute at all. There are some reallyyy odd shoes in the big sizes!
). On Saturday night there is nothing like popping in a DVD and sitting down with a bottle of fizz and amazing cheeses. Though I have started buying this really inexpensive cava that has gotten good reviews and I've even seen used at some upper scale restaurants for "champagne" cocktails. My big Christmas gift was a case of this stuff. Mmmmmm...
