For disneyworld? I was talking to a friend and they said they had heard April was a low crowd time. Is that so? and are there any other times?
Definitely not April. In fact, April can be one of the busiest times of year, depending on how spring break and Easter holidays fall.
It's getting more and more crowded year-round, but October and January are still good times for low crowds.
October is still relatively slow; however the parks are just so crowded year round now that the only real slow times IMO are in February (avoid Presidents' Day) and the last week of JanuaryHere now, October is definitely not low crowds, was in Magic Kingdom on Wed. and met a family who said they come every April and have never seen it as busy as we saw it that day. Since a lot of schools are switching to year round calendars October is not low crowds anymore.
It was AMAZING!!!We were floored by how empty the parks were the last week of Aug and first week of Sep!
Maybe this year was just the exception, but crowds were lower before labour day weekend then after the weekend.Last week of August is still good if you can deal with the horrendous weather, but if you can go the week after Labor Day, the crowds are even lower.
