I wanna go in July, since it is very close to where I live. What do they do? What do they have for kids? My daughter is only 16 months old and I am a little reluctant to bring her since it costs $21 and I doubt she would get anything out of it.

Lots of talking with people who are Disney Fans, good food, lots of more talking, lots of more talking, lots of more talking.

The PA meet was good last year, this year may be even better as Fred took a lot of the suggestions and changed a few things for the better. As far as your baby, there could be other little ones there with whom she could interact, or you may want to pass on bringing her. There were several little ones there last year.

DIS Meets are fun! :cool1: You meet a ton of people who have the same  for Disney and sometimes (most times) you make a new friend or two or ten or twenty. ;) There is always FOOD :thumbsup2 and laughs :rotfl2: Oh and a lot of picture-taking ((need smilie for this ;) )). If you're not far from any given DIS meet, you should try to go. DIS'ers always always welcome new Disney fans. :disrocks:

Pricing was released yesterday and the childrens price you quoted is not correct. There was a typo in the preregistration system that has since been corrected.

You can get more information at www.dismeets.com. I am restricted as to what I can and cannot post here on the DIS as this is not solely a DISboards function and they asked me not to post meet details so I am trying to honor that request.

dismeets.com is short for Disney Meets which is a collection of people from all over that love disney.

There will be lots to do! Give a look at the site and check out pictures and press from last year's event to get a better idea.

AWESOME!!! :cool1:
When I registered a few weeks ago, it said I would have to pay for my daughter, but it looks like I won't! See you there!
