So...what do YOU wear to Disney?

I go in August and being comfortable is a necessity. I usually wear a Disney T with loose fitting shorts and the most important - - comfortable sneakers. When we dine at one of the nicer places, I usually wear a short sleeve colored short with dressier shorts.

Cool max or Underarmore type shirts are all I wear now and mostly Board shorts for quick drying .For shoes I wear Solomons ,Ecco or my Teva water shoes .Give better support and dry quick

DD shorts or her Board shorts Ts' and either her Solomons or now CROCS.

DW Docker shorts ,light ladies Ts' and Clarks or tennis shoes.

I generally dress for comfort while I'm in the parks--comfortable shirts, jeans/khakis, tennis shoes.

However, we have been known to get dressed up on occasion for a nice meal in one of the parks so, yes, I have been known to wander around in a dress, stockings, and heels with my very handsome companion in dress trousers and a nice shirt. It's fun to go back in the evening all dressed up and wander around the parks sometimes.

Shirts with a lot of room are a staple in my disney wardrobe to camoflauge what I like to call my "buffet belly" :thumbsup2 . Other than that, sneakers with Dr Scholls insolls and capris or jeans if its cool and a light jacket.

I pack casual clothes, and take a few nice outfits for different outtings! :goodvibes

A Disney T-shirt & shorts w/ my Nike shocks......I must say very confty.

I usually wear tank tops or t-shirts and either khaki shorts or jeans, sometimes a jeans skirt.

For shoes-- I am a flip flops girl :teeth: I used to work at a job where flip flops were year round dress code so I'm used to wearing them.

I just bought a pair of Crocs Athens flip flops and I can't wait to try them out!

My bf wears a Disney shirt every day usually with khaki cargo shorts and either his broken in Nike's or a pair of sports sandals he has from Land's End that he likes. He has 4 or 5 of the Disney sports jerseys (the have them in the sports shops on Main St and DTD) and he likes to wear those.

When it's warm, we wear shorts and t-shirts. The only difference is the shoes - I wear either Beach Crocs or my Crocs flip flops, DD2 either tennis shoes or sandals, and DH wears tennis shoes. I always bring a hoodie because I get cold in some places that crank down the AC.

When it's cold, we all usually wear jeans.

I bought 2 pairs of the Athens and they ROCK!! I thought my Teva Mush flip flops were comfy, but the Crocs are SO much better!

DH - Shorts, T-shirt
DS - Shorts, T-shirt
DD - Shorts, T-shirt
me - Shorts, T-shirt

All of us wore comfy tennis shoes. Gotta take care of the feet! At night it got cooler so everyone but DH wore a sweatshirt. We went in October and had great weather.
Enjoy! :teeth:

Robindianne--I got a pair of denim skorts at Kohls about a week ago.

Thanks! I looked online and they are on sale! Cute too. I need to wait and see if they get my size in though. I bought rustly sounding cargo shorts at rei and also a cargo skirt (same rustly fabric - similar to ripstop nylon but w/out the squares) but would like to buy at least one jeans skort I think. They look so cute and seem like they can be dressed up or down.

Isn't if fun getting ready to go to the World! :cool1:

husband, cargo shorts and a tee shirt or woven shirt, sneakers
me, usually denim capris, sometimes kahki capris( which i always manage to get dirty about 10 mins after i put them on) and some kind of nicer t shirt and sneakers ( jeans and fleece if it's cold)

we dress nicer than we would out working in the yard :) but comfortable and ready to go to a resort for dinner

i must be in the minority-- we are going in sept and i think when its hot it is more comfy to wear a long flowy summery skirt, flop flops and a tank top. hair pulled back into a ponytail-

i feel like no matter how i feel- too hot, worn out etc- i still feel "put together" like i can walk into one of the nicer restaurants for a drink or a late dinner, or the adventurers club and i sill look like i did in the morning....... :cutie: kungaloosh

i am not really comfortable in shorts- they alway seems to get "baggy" or something throughout the day.

DH is most comfortable in his microfiber shorts and button down light shirt and sandals.
