...going to Tony's Town Square for a birthday lunch? Any opinions/reviews would be REALLY appreciated. Thanks- I need help on this one!

I've eaten there twice. Once outside and once inside. I loved eating outside as it was christmastime and I loved looking at all of the decorations. As far as food goes, I thought it was good both times but nothing to write home about. Why do you want to go there?

Here are my other restuarant choices for the birthday meal:
LeCellier (lunch)
O'hana (dinner)
Boma (breakfast)
San Angel Inn (lunch)

Thought I would post them in case any of you had better birthday experiences at these restuarants!

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I do not go there for spaghetti and meatballs, which I have heard isn't that good. Their NY Strip is wonderful as is this Eggplant stuff. If you haven't check out allearsnet.com, go there to take a look at the menu. Then you will know if there is something that you would even order. Hope you have a great time there!!! :cheer2:

I personally would do California Grill for my birthday because that is my favorite restaurant. But since that is not on your list, I will recommend Tony's or the San Angel Inn because they are must-do's for us also! :goodvibes

I think Tony's is very good, I've eaten there twice and liked it both times. I got the spaghetti and meatballs (sub spaghetti for penne pasta). The service was great both times, too!! But for my birthday dinner, I would choose Le Cellier!! It is my personal favorite.

I know a lot of people aren't crazy about Tony's, but I just don't get it. We ate there on a whim on the last day of our last trip. The whole family loved it. I'd say go for it! :thumbsup2

We visit it every time we go to WDW. It is the only restaurant we never miss. I think it'd be great for a b-day lunch! They really have wonderful pizza. Their appetizers are great as well. I say go for it!

Four years ago, my DH and I went there to celebrate his BDay for lunch, and I had mentioned it when making my PS...IT WAS WONDERFUL! :thumbsup2 DH loved it so much...they decorated his table, they all walked by(we were outside) and wished him a HB, and then the Dapper-Dans and a Dixieland band came inside and sang/played to/for him! pixiedust: I don't know how they did it...but they did! The food was great, and has been, as we go back there every time we are at WDW. Do Tony's...you'll love it! :Pinkbounc
