I think (with Pa) we are going to wait forever!

If PA ever gets their act together I'll be your customer! Oh wait, I guess it would help if I was engaged... or even have a bf... or even dating! :rotfl2:

I am a project manager for a company that is contracted to manage clinical drug studies for pharmaceutical companies. Most of my friends blame me as one of the reasons for why the cost of drugs is so high.

Well as long as we know who to blame! :rotfl:

I LOVE my job. I'm an Admin Assistant at Duke and my DP is a Fed Officer. Both of us really LOVE going to work everday, and that I know, is rare! ;)

I joke about my tax job being boring. I love it though . It's just most people find reading IRS code and state tax regs less than exciting. And in the last couple of years I have been focusing on the tax accounting side of things which for me is really cool. DP just doesn't find jokes about IRS notices funny:goodvibes

I work with a great group of people and love what I do. I feel very fortunate.

DP was a music teacher in her past life but gave that up years ago. Now, she's a SAHM, works for my old boss at a small CPA firm during tax season, preparing returns, generating financial statements etc, volunteers at the kids' school a lot! and is chief driver for the kids.

You go then! To love what you do is rare. Life is good for you, when your both happy doing what you do! ;)

I am a Registered Nurse. I do oncology and homecare as well as helping start up a Palliative care program at our homecare office.

On the side I sell......um............what would be a Disney friendly way to say......um......romance as a home consultant for Fantasia!

When those don't have me busy, I am a mom and wife!

I am a Field Metering Supervisor for the fourth largest electric company in the country. I supervise the employees who read the electric meters and the employees who work metering trouble calls as well as turning people off for non-payment and turning the power off when people move.

My DP is retired from a major computer company and works full time for a small IT company attempting to get contracts with the federal government.

Two more years and we will both be retired and not working at all.

Hmmmm, doesn't look like I actually posted what I do...

I'm the office manager for the admissions office of a university, and DP is the office manager for a high rise window cleaning company...

Sounds like so many people here have fun and even similar jobs. I wonder what that says about us?

My official title is "Information Resource Consultant" for a well-known college. Essentially, I develop, design, maintain and create online content and communities. It's fun work and the benefits are great. I only have 28 days of vacation right now though... :cool1:

I am a Default Manager in the mortgage division of a regional bank. I work on the collections/loss mitigation of delinquent primary mortgages, managing a team of clerical employees who organize ad prepare harship applcations from customers, a group of call center agents (homeowner's assistance counselors) who are on the front line of our hardship assistance efforts, and our mortgage default reporting specialists.

Needless to say, we've been VERY busy the last couple of years...

it will be two years this june 16th. I am hold keys to the kingdom, but not a salaried manager, ah the abuse of retail. I know the whole store, except the cash office. I have refused to learn it until i am salaried. I have been the only one working since september. I also am in school online full time and have a 3.8 GPA. so this is our honeymoon, birthday, and his graduation present all in one.
