What endearment do your friends and family call you. I have a friend that calls her husband jerkface. She means it in every loving way possible. Story goes that when they were first dating she picked up the phone and absently said " Oh hi babe" He was a little taken aback and questioned her on it. Her response was "My choices were babe or jerkface, which would you prefer." He foolishly chose jerkface. So 20+ years later, he walks in the door and says "Hi honey." and her reply is "Hey jerkface." You should see the look on people's faces who don't know them very well.

I have a friend from high school that calls me Lulu. Neither one of us can remember why. I'm sure it was hysterical when we were 16.

I'm the one who usually "names" others My DD is hardly ever called by her actual name, and her BF has stolen my "Sweetheart" from me to use on her I also call her Buudalee (leftover from my dad's gibberish talk when DD was a baby), honey, darlin' (which I've since transferred to her BF, to his shock LOL), babe, Buud (shortened version of above), and of course her full formal name, only used for certain occasions

I just heard on the radio last week that studies show that relationships with pet names are happier than ones without.

We call the baby (due Dec 2) Squishy. But now we know she is a girl!

I had a sinus infection and was really stuffy one day. I said honey bunches and he heard honey britches. So that is where that comes from.

DH calls me "sweet pea." When talking of me to others, he refers to me as "the missus." I usually call him sweetheart.

DD's name is Caitlin--I've always called her Caitie-Cat. We watched My Sister's Keeper the other day and when the mother called her dd that, dd turned to me and said, "HEY. She stole my nickname!"

Mostly all of my family and friends call me Kristen, because that's my name. Nicknames include Krissie, Kris (my dad and a few family members use this), Krissa, Cookie (an old nickname from my mom that one friend now uses for me), Pinky (I have pink hair). I think that's it.
