A very nice Christmas here ! The best gift was watching my kids open their presents. They received things they didn't think they would be getting, so it was great seeing their reactions.

My most special gift that I received was from my daughter. She wrote me a letter thanking me for always being there for her. She has had a rough couple of weeks (broke up with her boyfriend) and has been so down in the dumps. She actually said she feels like we have gotten closer though as a result of it. It made me cry, it is the sweetest gift I could have ever gotten.

I had a wonderful Christmas so far!! I woke up at 10am!! I love to sleep in. DH & I don't have children yet, so it was pretty low-key. He bought me a bundt pan set with carrying case, and my most favorite gift was Mickey Crocs!! He got me the pearl and pink ones. I love them!! They are on my feet right now!! I bought my DH a GPS for his car, and an Ipod docking station. Both were totally on sale at Kohl's. I bought my Mom a HD Professional Kitchen Aid mixer from Costco. She bought me one earlier in the week!! Have a blessed day!!

Merry Christmas, everyone.

My kids gave me some cool soaps in the shape of leaves & rose petals. I had never seen that before, and bath salts in different flavors. My dd noticed I enjoy relaxing in my jacuzzi tub.

My coworker gave me a gorgeous wreath that she had made & I greatly admired. Made me tear up. My boss gave me (& the other workers in her group) a desk calendar, chocolate, & an angel ornament, very nice. I also got a couple of Carpenter CD's - their double Christmas one & one with their hits from 69-81. (that was a gift from me to me )

My kids totally loved their gifts & gave me lots of hugs, thank you's, & kisses. It was really nice & I love giving them things since they're so appreciative. They were totally surprised at the extra $ I gave them, too, in gift cards & cash.

My wife and I tend to get our big items out of the way before Christmas. This year we treated ourselves to a new microwave (over the stove model), a new oven, and a new dishwasher.

SWMBO got a new photo printer which is now installed where she does her crafts/scrapbooking.
I got a new HP MediaSmart Server. It comes in two different models. I got the 500GB model and bought a seperate 500 GB drive for it. So I now have a terabyte of storage on my desk.

The real surprise this Christmas was the gift my best friend from Virginia gave me: a new TomTom One XL GPS. He always goes way overboard for Christmas.

Great Christmas here! I got a Cuisinart Grind & Brew from my parents, a pair of slippers from DD, a bottle of Chanel #5 from a student (I tutor but not a licensed teacher), and from DS a Coach pocketbook! Like I said in another thread, the boy has finally learned who butters his bread but no sooner has he figured it all out and I'm done -- he'll soon be joining the military

Kids and parents loved their gifts: I got my parents a certificate for car detailing at the local technical high school, DD knit her grandmother a beautiful scarf, and a certificate for the dinner train. DD got a FlipCamcorder and DS got a TomTom, everyone is happy
