So What Concerts Are You Going To This Summer?

Did you get GA's or seats? I got GA's now I'm undecided what I want to try to get for the 2nd show.

Section 139 row 12, $230 for two SEATS, I figured I would do GA here at the Rose Bowl which I will be taking the kids too.

You really need to get a membership on U2.com, PRESALE code really kicks in. I got my U2 tickets last Tuesday, they went on sale this morning and sold out instantly.

We wanted to do that but he's still unemployed so paying for the tickets will be hard enough; I can't justify adding another $50 to get a presale code.
Hopefully we'll get through. We'll be on different computers trying on Monday morning.

I was playing around at 10 this morning and got tickets in NJ. Too bad I wasn't prepared to actually buy them. lol It said wait time approximately 15 minutes then seats in section 313 popped up. I about crapped my pants.

ETA: Bret Michaels is playing near here Wednesday night. I'm soooo debating on going to that one. Damn that "rock of love bus" show!

I have tickets to the first U2 show at Gilette, and will be using my fan club presale code to get tickets for the second show tomorrow.

I'm going to Tanglewood for the 4th of July weekend. Diana Krall is playing on the 4th, and then we also have tickets to the other classical concerts throughout the weekend too.

I really wanted to go to the Def Leppard and Poison concert but there was no way I was paying the inflated ticket prices. Lawn seats were $40-something dollars and I paid that a year or so ago and was 10 rows from the stage.

Def Leppard , Poison (insert throw-up smilie here), and Cheap Trick in August. As you can probably tell, I'm not too thrilled about Poison being there, but I guess I'll have to tolerate them in order to see Def Leppard. Too bad it's not just Def Leppard and Cheap Trick.

My concert season started last week. Bruce Springsteen at Convention Hall and The Allman Brothers at The Beacon with a surprise appearance by
Mr Eric Clapton! I was over the moon.

Coldplay, Nickelback & No Doubt.
I just got an email that NKOTB will be play on 7/7 at White River Amp.
in Auburn. So I might add that to my kids of concerts.

Jimmy Buffet April 18th in Frisco, TX. Saw Elton and Billy on St. Paddy's Day in Tulsa. Nothing else for the summer b/c we are both studying for the bar exam--yikes!

I love this time of year when all the summer concerts start.

I'll be going to No Doubt/Paramore with my son and his friends in June. Best of both worlds--I love No Doubt, he loves Paramore.

In August, I'll be going with a bunch of old ladies and myself to see the B-52s.

I'm hoping for an Aerosmith concert or something!

My niece and I are taking my DDs to ND in June too! It's the girls first concert!!
