So what's everyone doing on this frigid Friday? I hope everyone is staying warm!

Me, doing a little bit of laundry, picking up the house, I have to get the kids in a bit from school and hope I don't freeze..probably make muffins for a snack for the kids. I am sooo glad it's Friday! Too bad it's not warmer though! The gas bill is going to be INSANE next month, I just know it!

On duty at the firehouse.
Hoping no one calls us for a BS run.
Its cold out there!

Lets see. I have laundry to put away, more wash to put in. I need to clean the upstairs bedrooms. Need to go to the supermarket. Need to make something for dinner. Need to clean he kitchen. Blah so much to do.. how much will get done? I dont know depends on how needy the kids are.

I went grocery shopping, to the bank, ran a work errand, went to the gym, had lunch and a shower and now I'm at work till 10:30. I was productive today!

:guilty: did nothing but watch HGTV and Soapnet till lunch. Had a cup of tea to stay warm and that fudge sure tasted good. I had a pair of Uggs on hold and went down to get them. I have them on now and will be putting them on and off over the evening to see if I want to keep them. As far as housework goes, there is alway tomorrow. Have a good rest of the afternoon ::yes::

Moving out of my dorm room. Being lazy. Trying not to freeze in the 29 degree weather (I thought I lived in the southeast.... I think I woke up in Minnesota or someplace like that this morning).

Our school told us yesterday afternoon that the kids had no school today:cool1: so the kids and I have been staying inside and trying to keep warm. Luckily we got the Wii for christmas and they have been playing it all day, and I haven't heard one fight:thumbsup2 . It helps that the rules of my house are if they fight they have to do housework,:rotfl2: on top of their regular chores. Oh yeah and they are not allowed to ever tell me they are bored either or I make them do housework.

My husband and I are leaving in an hour or so and driving from Arizona to Florida. So, I've spent the day cleaning the house and packing.

We're spending two days in New Orleans, three days in West Palm Beach, and two days in Orlando. The WPB part is the business part of the trip for my husband. I'm looking forward to a road trip!!:)

Just "chillin" literally!!!

I am off on Fridays and DD didn't have school because of the cold temperatures (-14!) so we just hung out at home. I got some housework done. She chatted on the phone with her friends. Just a nice, easy, relaxing day.

Well public schools closed here today due to cold (whatever....sheesh). So I am off work today and so are the 4yo twins. We hung out at home all day, watched movies, read books and wore our pjs. I am also co-chair of a big committee at my church so I spent a lot of time working on that today. Only left the house to take/pick up 7yo DD, who did have school. Tonight I'm making spaghetti and meatballs and we're having family movie night. Too cold to venture out!

Spent a wonderful couple of hours this morning thawing the water pipes . . . guess I'll leave the water running tonight.

I went grocery shopping, took DD to buy a birthday present for a friend, baked a cake and enjoyed having the day off from work ;)

The twins and me had off from today. First thing we did was try to stay warm. They got wii for Christmas that been playing all day. I have drinking hot coca all day.

I hope it warms up quick. I can't stand be cold.

I dropped my car off at the shop this morning and I waited all day to hear back from them.

I went to work and froze all day. I had on long sleeves and a heavy jacket and had one of those sherpa fleece throws on my lower body and was still freezing. Grr. I work for the biggest blasted bank in the country, but apparently we can't afford heat.

I guess they don't have "money to burn":rotfl2:
