So what are YOU doing for the Superbowl?

Wow, I never realized so many people love to hate football!
Hey, it's just a game...that's what I chant to stay calm!
I know about let down (sorry for the Eagles last year)-
Maybe we'll win this year, sure is fun to be in it still...
And yeah, they didn't have a Disney commercial last year, does
anyone know if they will this year? I loved those!

It will be on as usual but this year, Chris' Steelers are playing so he'll be more into it. It will be just us and maybe some snacks.

I am one of those lucky women with a DH who doesn't watch sports! (Now I do get stuck watching westerns and sci-fi, but I'll take those over sports any day )

So we will be having a normal, everyday Sunday

Hey, me too! DH is English and doesn't understand football--nor do I care to explain it to him.

He works for the state, though, and is on call this weekend in case there are any computer-type emergencies. DD and I will be packing to go to WDW.

Superbowl Sunday is Bid Night for girl's recruitment so I will be studying my butt off before I am up all night.

Well I have to say that the press is sure focusing on the Steelers and ignoring the Hawks. Course they did that on the last two games too - so Sunday when the Hawks clean the floor with the Steelers there's gonna be a big party at my house!

My dd has her dance competition on Sunday. My dh will go to our friends home to watch. They are both Steeler fans and go crazy at the games. For me, if we get out of the competition on time I'll go over there for a couple hours. I think I'll tivo the game so I can speed through the boring stuff (the game LOL) and just watch the commercials.

Our kids invited their church youth group over to see the game, so we will be hosting 20 or 30 teens. I imagine that there will be very little game watching. We hosted the youth group a couple of years ago and my biggest hope is that we don't have another halftime wardrobe malfunction this year like we did back in 2004.

I can't go out since the boys have school the next day DH will be out partying it up as the Steelers crush that other team (can't even remember their name )and finally get that one for the thumb! We're hosting a big party at our house with our friends and their kids. We just spent 4 months of our lives finishing out our basement for entertaining, and we're going to break it in!!

I LOVE college football and I like pro football, but I watch the Super Bowl primarily for the commercials and the half time show.

Actually, I love football too . . . DH and I watch MNF regularly, and as much NFL on Sundays as we can.

We wish we were rooting for the Colts, but will tune in to see what hopefully will be a great game!! A "traditional" team vs. a relative newcomer!!
