So sad we have/will missed every DVC event this yr.

I Cant lie. But I can say it was just ok. Couple of game coupons each. The cm did have a hard time knowing where anything was if you asked them. The treats were nice. Safari said it opened at 930 and we were each given a fp with a return time. But then we sat in line for 30mins. When we got off the line was huge. We were able to see a few animals including lions roaring at each other. Happy we went. But sorry we missed the one at MK which talking to some was great.

I'm just jealous. They had a few events last yr. Had a bunchl this yr. Had the late night thing at MK,that I guess some DVC people got tickets. During an 18 month span, we will be at disney for a total of 48 days, and I managed to miss all the events.

We were there last night and had a wonderful time! My son got to meet Judy Hops and Nick Wild. We got to ride Everest 5 times in a row with zero wait.... The lemonade and water, chips, cookies and unlimited ice cream were great. I wanted to meet Carl from UP but the line was terrible. They did give us game cards but the lines were way too long and then I thought it was tacky that they asked for them back at the exit... I mean I guess we could've said we used them but we gave them back. Did anyone notice that the Yeti is working again?? It swoops down now!!! April

I wonder if those cards are given out as a perk at other times. You know stuck on a ride for two hours, here go play a game for free. Unless there was using them a a control. Such as we gave out 2 thousand cards, how many were were actually used.

I expect DVC was paying Disney for the number of cards used. So any cards not used would not be charged to DVC. Plus I am surprised they didn't say they were only usable during the party.

I'm very disappointed that DVC has nothing special going on during our Oct trip. Months ago, MS told me that something would be planned, but no.....nothing. We're members with 4 different home resorts, and during this anniversary celebration year, we feel really left out. Too bad that DVC can't spread the love around a little more equally. Just a little something?

Went on the 22nd. While it was nice to attend, I wasn't blown away. We had fun. We went right to the safari at about 7:15 and the line even for fast pass when we got off was insane so anyone going on the 27th, if you want to do the safari, do that first.
Like others have said, don't get ice cream in Dino land if you can help it. The line was crazy and other places in the park the CM's were bored and practically begging you to take some ice cream.
I will admit, I took a few bags of chips to take back to the room. I asked for a bag at the store to put them in and I'm glad I did that.
Tree of life show was amazing and worth waiting for. Goes off about every 10-15 min.

LOL, no it's not working again. It's just easier to see at night going from the dark outside of the ride into the dark cave where she lives. Still just disco yeti.
