So there is no hope, about the in-park pirate quest coming out this week....

So leaving for disney tomorrow, and the last we heard about the in-park pirate quest was a few days, I know I know days are actually months, but a person can dream about new pirates stuff right?

On Sunday the VMK Central castmembers at WDW had no clue about the new pirate quest. But you never know when it might come out.

Also the CM took my printed out Tomorrowland quest and would not let me use it for my other ticket I was getting cards for. So make sure you print out one of each quest for each member of your party.

Have fun and be prepared for extremly HOT weather , oh and it might rain at any time too.

I have found that the VMK folks in the park, while very nice, are not always forthcoming with info. We have been waiting 3 weeks for new gold mickey ear cards to re-surface (apparently there was great trouble with the first batch)...Yesterday at DLR the VMK folks still insisted they had been pulled and no cards were currently available.

We stopped by the hat shop in critter country on a whim and sure enough, a whole stack of cards. They even gave us a extra.

We asked every day during our trip about the new pirate Quest. More or less got the same answer....soon. Some of the cast did say that the original plan to was have it released to coincide with the movie but that it had gotten delayed. Last we were told, it is looking like August might be the month for the release of the quest.

Any word on the new pirate quest at WDW yet? I may have the opportunity to go to WDW next week - if the quest is there, that will definately make the decision for me!

Gr! Well, I think I'm going to take a solo trip anyways. It's either a beach vacation for me (which I already have booked) or a WDW vacation.... Hmmm..... What would you pick? LOL!
