I have met my first immature teenager.

I'm sure I have met others--but this one I just see unfolding before my eyes...on FACEBOOK.

This is a cousin 20 years my junior (that's not cool btw ).

I want to reach through the computer and tell her to "CHILL OUT--LET IT GO--no wonder you keep having to defend yourself to your friends b/c it sounds like you are making them mad (po'd)."


It's like looking at MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! (Isn't that scary when you realize how much you may have annoyed your relatives when you were that age???)

I'm so happy to not have to deal with 15 again in my own body--but reading it is down right .

I can't say a word. I won't do it. But for the love of Moses--I would hope she would can the drama.

I'd unfriend her--but I don't want her to go postal on me. She's a super smart girl.

My mom is 1 of 9 children---so the grandchildren span 3 decades (30s, 20s and teens). I feel so old.

I so know where you're coming from. My 18 year old cousins keep me entertained with their Facebook statuses. I so don't miss all that drama.

I could've written this post! My Mom is 1 of 6, and I am the oldest of 12 grandchildren. The youngest is 8 months old - only 2 months older than my son, lol!

I seriously want to shake some sense into the younger ones sometimes and say, "Stop posting status updates about the boy who just broke up with you - he KNOWS it's about him and it makes you look immature!"

On the flip side, I wish they wouldn't post how in love they are after a day and a half of dating.

And I also wish I could truthfully say I never would've done stuff like this at their age.
