so slow

my son has been waiting since june for confirmation on his Ema....The helpline is telling me its another 5 weeks before he may hear anything..yet i was told beginning of sept that he would know before he started his term which was the 2nd week in sept..
anyones else having troubles with their Ema ?

I have heard from other people how slow they are at paying up. I will have this to look forward to next year when my DS is hoping to go into the 6th form. Good luck, hope its sorted soon.

They were very slow for me this year as well, although I did hear back from them 2 weeks before Vic restarted college, so fingers crossed for you that it wont be much longer
