I've been checking the TSS website hourly watching the listings, and TWO "perfect" contracts came up just after lunch today.

When we called, they were already taken.

I am so crushed. I can't believe they disappeared so fast.

This also did happen to me. Call TTS and tell them what you want.

TTS will call you when they have what you are looking for -
- before they llst it.

I usually don't use my work e-mail for personal stuff, but I had to make an exception for those TTS e-mails. That was how I was able to call within 10 minutes of that e-mail popping up in my intray! It was a hot contract as Jason told me later there were 2 other buyers on the waiting list should my offer fall through...

Hang in there, you will get lucky!

TTS was great to work with. Both seller & buyer wanted to fast-track the process, so we each faxed in paperwork on the first day (Tuesday) and they sent it to Disney on the second day (Wednesday). Disney waived ROFR in less than a week and I got notified immediately on the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Now I'm just waiting for escrow to close and everyone is optimistic I'll be in the Disney system by end of this month. Can't wait!
