Just had a call from the travell agency and they told me that the CC rooms are totaly booked full for Christmas.
So no Christmas at Disney for us.

What a shame. :( But could you not treat yourself to a suite in another hotel, or stay in a standard DLH and use the difference in price to give yourselves to lots of other nice treats whilst you're there? :wizard:

i would give this ago too, i know when i have spoken with my travel agent they could get me booked and i rung Disney direct and actually got it cheaper!

As soon as I received the call from the ageny I called Paris with the same answer.
Totally booked out for Christmas just try next year !!!

Oh no - what a shame:( We were thinking of booking for Christmas (although not CC) but it looks like we may have left it too late to get the right transport. Would you not consider a standard room (ours was equivalent to all the CC rooms I have seen)

I don't understand how they would have let you pre-book a whole year ago and then let you down after so long? That just seems very unfair.

I can't book mine for another 2-3 weeks because I am waiting for additional vouchers. I think Christmas 2006 will be a no-go for us:(

That`s the third year we got a no go. And we really book every time a year ahead. I can show you the pre- book papers.
Christmas is just the most popular time of the year.
But to be honest I`m really sad.

I'm sorry to hear this as I had thought you were all sorted and we could have met may be? Perhaps next year you should try booking through Disney direct on the day the Christmas season is released rather than relying on the travel agent.

I had been promised a call by a travel agent as soon as my regional airport Christmas fares were put on sale but didn't receive the call and only found out by chance so booked flights myself.

You must be so disappointed.

Next year we will see the Christmas Tree in WDW.
We decided that after trying for four years and only one time get a chance to book a room is to much.
After all for the price it `s cots I’m half way Florida for three weeks.

What a shame but I'm sure it won't be too difficult to force yourself to go to Florida! ;)

That IS a shame, at the very least you can say you have been though, and I'm sure you will get to go again :)

And as Ware Bears says - I'm sure you'll be able to 'put up with' Florida ;)

Sad news, but WDW next year is a great silver lining!
