So Sad - Had to cancel our Thanksgiving Trip

I'm so sad. I had to cancel our Thanksgiving trip to WDW and Universal. I was the only one in my family that really wanted to go and I just couldn't justify spending all the money it would cost when we need to spend that money on other stuff. It's no fun trying to act like a responsible adult!

That sucks, there are always "other" things you can spend your money on, but there is only one Disney World and Universal. I'd say go anyway, once your other family members are therer they would probably all thank you for it. ORRRRRR go by yourself! Or take a friend!

Normally I would be shouting "life's too short, just go", but I just canceled ours too.

We really can't afford it with Chirstmas and we're getting a puppy. He'll be 8 weeks old at the end of October, so he'll be too young to take with us or to leave. Ds and dh could care less they're so excited to get him, but I live for vacations, not to pick up poop! so I'm bummed.

The good news is that once he's older and trained, we'll be staying on site more often...only got to stay at the HR once before.

I'm sorry, I'll be in the kitchen making stuffing and and dreaming about what I would be doing at Disney or Universal right along with you.
