What a bunch of whiners. Many dogs that people would have had to give up have been saved by Caesar. Kudos to him for trying.

If these people want to do it their way, get out there and DO IT instead of just talking about it in their books. Yeesh. I don't think dogs do a whole lot of sensitivity training when they are together. They do what dogs do.

I like Cesar and I never thought he was gay. (But really don't much care if he is or isn't.)

Given his background (raised on a farm in Mexico, I believe) and the fact that Illusion and his kids often helped him on the show, obviously a family affair in which they've probably spent oodles of time together, I admit I was a little sad to hear last year of their divorce, but I always feel that way if it's not a fly by night marriage like some celebrities seem to have. Call me sappy.

I'd love to sit down and chat with Cesar and maybe hang out with him for a few days. He really (IMO) does have a gift with dogs.

I'm never sad when people divorce if its the right thing for them to do. Sometimes its the best thing for a marriage.

A year late . I do not know what to think about the link. I do not think Cesar works with every dog he gets in his institute so the problem with that dog could be something else. Also the article never says what the dog was diagnose with, so for all we know it could have been a pre-existing condition. I like Cesar I never seen him treat a dog badly. I can respect anyone that can admit his mistakes and move on. I have experience many different dog trainers and I have to say most of them are a poor excuse I do not find Cesar to be one of them. One dog trainer told me my dogs can't sit and wait, because there is 5 of them . The funny thing is that a week later I could get all 5 to sit and wait with the dog wide open. At least he believe in the dogs that is a start.
Another think to point out is that every dog is different therefore needs different approach to training.

Yeah, someone mentioned it in the dog park the other night, and I hadn't heard before. I had no idea it was a year ago!

We have a really large group in our dog park nightly group and we all admire, and are amazed, by Cesar. He's someone I'd want to meet in person and have a long talk with about his gift.
