So not working

I've been up before the light of day just to make ADRs. I'm at my 180 days + 10 mark and the website will not work for me. (I do have a room ressie onsite) So now I'm waiting on the phone for a Disney Dining Rep. Of course I get the "due to unusual heavy volume of calls" bit, telling me I'll be waiting forever for a person. This is stupid. I was nervous after reading so many of the problems people have been having making reservations online, but I was so hoping it'd work for me this morning. Ugh! I feel that Disney forces us all to over plan, stay up late, get up early to make all these reservations, rather if it's for ADRs or FPs. The least they could do is make sure their online services work!! Sorry for the rant. I hope others who doing their ADRs this morning are having better luck than me.

Keep trying the web site while on hold. Just keep clicking "Find a Table" over and over until something comes up. It took a while for me, but it will eventually go through.
 
I went through the same thing and the customer service reps I spoke to couldn't understand my frustration. :badpc:
 

I'm in the same boat here. I've been trying for the last 2 days and all I am getting is "We're sorry, there is a problem searching for reservations at this time". I am accustomed to Disney's website, in general, being one of the worst I've ever dealt with but this is getting ridiculous.
