I'm going to be going to WDW in 21 days, and have a few questions. First of all, I'll be staying at AS Music from Oct 4th - 14th, my DBF will be joining me on the night of the 6th and the 11th. Is there an extra charge to add him to my room on those nights, since I want him as a registered guest, especially since the 11th is extra magic hours.

Also, what are the best rooms at AS Music. I would rather have one big bed, since it's only me except for those two nights, and with DBF, I'll need a smoking room. Is it possible to get a king sized bed in a smoking room?

If you're the only adult currently registered in the room, there is no extra charge to add him. And yes, he'll need his own room key to do EMH ... they now actually swipe the room keys into a little machine.

The section closest to the food court/busses without paying extra is Jazz, but Broadway (just beyond Jazz) i think has the best themeing and is close to the piano pool.

It is possible to request a king-bed/smoking room (my DBF also smokes) but some or most of the king rooms are also handicapped accessible rooms (just an FYI).
