Sorry in advance! I am very well versed I WDW florida. We just decided to go to Paris over Christmas this year! I want to go two days to Disneyland Paris but will be staying In the city, as we have a large group going and we are the only ones going to Disney.

1. Is there a train from city center to Disney?
2. We are in Paris from 12/20-12/30. Are we nuts to go she to crowds?
3. Do they have fast passes?
4. Best two restaurants that we can possibly get reservations to?
Thanks

1) The train is very easy from Paris. Take the RER line A4 to Marne La Vallee Chessy. The train station is right at the entrance to the parks. It takes around 40 minutes from the centre of Paris to Disney.

2)I haven't been to Paris city over Christmas but have been to WDW and DLP. DLP was busy but nowhere near as busy as WDW.

3) Yes DLP has Fastpasses. It is the same as the old system at WDW/DL where you get the paper fastpasses frpm the machine.

4) Seen as you are familiar with WDW I would choose 2 restaurants that are unique to DLP. So, therefore I would probably go with Walts, located on Main Street and the new Bistrot Chez Remy in the Studios park.

Enjoy your trip.

1/ You could have a look at the rapt website if you want to look at the map and see what station is most convenient for you to start your journey at. There is also an interactive map which is very handy. Its a great site but Paris is very easy to navigate so you should not find it difficult going. The ticket machines in the station also have an option to change the language to English so they are easy to use.

2/ Cannot help! We have only been in the months either side!
I have an app on my fone that gives you an idea of what crowd levels at DLP are predicted to be like on your dates - its called my Dlp. If you click on programme, then calendar and click through to your month. Blue and green mickey heads indicate quieter days, yellow being average and red and black being likely to be crowded.

3/ Yes, your park map will tell you about ride restrictions and which ones offer FP.

4/ DLPguide.com will give you fairly up to date menus for DLP. I would also recommend Bistrot Chez Remy (the theming is amazing) and Walts.

Ok thanks for the questions. I feel like such a pro at WDW (eleven times in four years) that this one is a little overwhelming

Last question (for now! Lol). I assume make reservations for meals? Thanks!!'

Yes - call the reservations line 60 days before your dates. It is just a reservation you make - no payment/card details taken - and you can always cancel/change at your hotel or City Hall.

You guys rock! Thanks :)

I am one of those Disney planners that plans a year out! So three months in a foreign disney is kind of overwhelming. But we are just going to go with it, and take in what we can ! :)

Another question! What time does the Disney dining line open for calls ? French time? I am trying to make reservations for Christmas Day so I don't want to miss the first opportunity.
