So many Questions...

Our family has not been to Walt Disney World in five years. I know so many things have changed since then. We are staying off site for the first time, due to extended family joining us (11 total). We rented cars, so we will be driving to parks. We plan on hopping some days. Assuming the park pass will transfer to another park on the same day if we do hop to another park, correct? We will have passes for 6 days. Should I get the Genie + for all 6 days, or just purchase on days I will need? I have read that the Genie + is not worth it at AK and Epcot. True? And some of the group plans on doing a water park one day and some will not. We plan on purchasing tickets from Sam's Club because they are cheapest there. How does that work? Will I receive a plastic card (ticket), or receive an email with a ticket number to enter into My Disney Experience? And can I link all 11 of us together? I do know once I purchase tickets I need to make park reservations. I feel so clueless...Last time I went to Disney World it was just my family and we purchased a package, stayed on site, and just slapped a magic band on our wrist.

Hey! I’m no expert but I can comment on. Few things. I might advise against hopping for a few reasons:
- you have a large group- so many will want to do various things through the day. There will be so much to do through the day in one park.
- I assume varying ages, which can be difficult to corral around to different parks and use that amount if time
- it’s an added expense that … adds up
- the biggest thing is- your going for 6 days. That’s plenty of fine to explore all the parks. And importantly, you can see them AM and changing for PM, and what they offer at different times.
Next, for sams club, I think you save a bit more than 4%. I know with target you save 5%. You can get emailed gift cards or physical gift cards mailed to you. Or of course buying them in store.
I purchased them, added to my Disney gift card account…https://www.disneygiftcard.com/…. And then purchased the tickets, then the park reservations.
Also, I don’t have genie plus experience yet. But everything I’ve read and heard mentions to just purchase the day of for individual dates. Just making sure it is needed. Of course this may depend on your spending allowance and time of visit.
