So MAD right now!!!

Why is it that family members can be soooo mean! I am not going into details, but I am sick of it. someone was jumping to conclusions and I then said that we shouldn't jumpt to conclusions and rather just ASK the person up front. I get the answer of "well that is how our family operates"!!!!! UGGHHHH!

I just can't understand why people just can't be nice to each other, not have ulterior motives and not jump to conclusions!

Some families do act on a "Shoot now, ask questions later" basis. Pretty destructive and stupid but now that you've rec'd a warning shot, I'd avoid as much as poss. and watch that the kids don't pass on this trait. Hang in there!

Yes don't you hate it when people jump to conclusions when they have no idea what they are talking about. The best thing you can do is try your best NOT to tell them what you would like to say. I have a problem in that area but I am getting lots of practice being on this board. I hope everything works out for you and rememeber they are the only family you have so try not to let it get to you. Just don't let it take away your happiness! Don't let what someone else did ruin your joy. Satan just loves to put irritating people in our lives to try and bring us down.

So sorry about your family situation. It can be incredibly irritating when people try to drag the focus/spotlight to themselves and make it all about me, me, me.

Family -- sometimes you can't live with them, but you also can't live without them. Hopefully, one day you'll be able to look back on this and (maybe) laugh.
