So... if I forgot to book Magical Express and we're leaving in 2 days...?

Our flight is on Saturday and I've looked everywhere and can't find the usual envelope with yellow luggage tags. Since we're doing room-only with APs, it occurs to me that I might never have actually booked us on Magical Express.

I don't care about the luggage - we're only doing carry on.

Do we need the papers they send, or can we just walk up to the counter and show them our resort reservation? We do have Magic Bands (at least, 2 of us do).

Will they still let us on the bus?

We booked a trip on 2 days notice. You can call them and get put into the system. All we needed was our reservation number.

Even though you won't have time to get the luggage tags, you can still have them retrieve your checked luggage, you just need to give your claim tickets to the ME agent.

You can just call them now and book it. The phone number is 866-599-0951 if you want them to transfer your luggage, just give them the tag you get at the airport when you check your bags, otherwise, grab your carry on and get on the bus.

It’s best to call now and book it, but even if you forget to do that, all you need is a reservation number, and be listed by name on the reservation, and they will let you on a magical express bus.

All I’ve had to check in for the bus was ID and what resort I’m booked at, and it was fine.

Thank you, everyone! Yes, I did call yesterday. The lady on the other end seemed quite confused about my lack of a luggage claim ticket, and even more confused when it was established that only two out of three of us had magic bands, but when I finally said, "Can't I just give them my resort reservation number?" she said, "Oh, yes, that will work!"

In any case, she took our names and flight details, so hopefully we're in the system now.
