So....I need to fire my Travel Agent/Old Thread...New Update

I just checked my machine at home and there was a very nice message from Jeanette letting me know that my reservations were paid in full. Very nice DCL.

Indeed great customer service! I'm so thrilled that this particular headache is out of the way now. I'm thinking you're not going to get a surprise gift or basket from your TA when you arrive in your room, however! :rotfl2:

Please keep us posted on your trip and the downfall of the TA!

So glad you are now all set. Now wouldn't it be nice if you got a special upgrade from DCL:worship: I would think that could make you feel so much better don't you?:thumbsup2
 
Congrats Tom - so glad you can now being to enjoy your planning!!! I normally am not a vindictive person but this TA needs to go!

Just to show there were no hard feelings toward DCL, I faxed over the following note this morning:

Thank you for putting up with me for the last couple of weeks. I hope that there aren’t too my guests out there in my situation that you have to deal with.

It’s been a stressful 2 1/2 weeks for my family & friends and I, but I think we’re able to put a little of that behind us and focus on our trip (71 more days!!!).

I’m doing my part to see that Central Valley Cruise Adventures does not do this to another customer by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the California Attorney General’s office. I’m hopeful that Disney can do whatever is in their power to protect their guests from this travel agent also.

Once again, thank you to Disney Cruise Lines. See you onboard the Magic on July 27th.

Glad to hear that you got to make your ressies. One question thou, will DCL be sending you your docs or will they send them to that TA.:scared1:
 
Oh Tom...What GREAT news :goodvibes You had to have felt so much relief when you read those words "PAID IN FULL". :thumbsup2

I also wanted to tell you that on our second cruise we went to Palo's for dinner on the last night and it was a GREAT way to end the cruise....very nice;)
 
If I were you with all my problems with the reservation, I would contact them and really push that Palo reservation through.. That is the least that they could do..
