Ok, so I downloaded "DING" and have no idea what it is supposed to be doing. Everytime I try to enter my airports, it tells me it is unable to connect to Southwest.com , am I doing something wrong ???? Please, Please someone set me straight. Thanks!

The "old' ding worked fine; I am having the problem also.
I have put in my zip code and membership number, too.

Your zip code is required, a SWA number is not.

What you need to do is make sure you're scrolling down the entire message. I kept getting that same error but then noticed there was a bar on the side. When i scrolled down it had a place for me to put in my zip code and when I did it started working. I was embarrassed cuz i had my computer guy sitting next to me trying to figure it out.

You were not alone....I did the exact same thing, except I downloaded and decided I did it wrong, so uninstalled and re-downloaded. Then I noticed I was suppose to scroll down and finish the process....duh! took me most of the day.
