I like Sunshine Seasons in Future World at Epcot. Kids also have a lot more things to choose from there.

Magic Kingdom: Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.

Epcot: Electric Umbrella.

Hollywood Studios: ABC Commissary.

Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree Barbecue & Pizzafari.

Downtown Disney Marketplace: Earl of Sandwich.

Grand Floridian: Gasparilla's Grill & Games.

I 2nd the Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. Great variety and good food.

MK: Columbia Harbour House
AK: Flame Tree Barbecue
DHS: Not much there but Toy Story Pizza planet is passable.
Epcot: Kringla Bakeri if you like smoked salmon, Sunshine Seasons otherwise
DD: Wolf Gang Puck Express in the Marketplace but only if you are on the Dining Plan as it is very expensive. Otherwise, Earl of Sandwich.

Cosmic Ray's is great, we always wind up ther at least twice. Can't get enough of the mushrooms and onions at the topping bar... yummmmmmm.
Kids like to bathe their fries in the hot cheese sauce.
Alos, we like Pecos Bill's, eating around the countries, and Flame Tree BBQ.
Your best bet is to read the menus at allears.net and see what sounds good to you.

We really are not fans of many of the CS options. We do like Sunshine Seasons in Epcot, and we found the CS places in the Poly and GF to be okay. We do really like Starring Rolls in DHS. We have yet to find anything promising in the MK, unfortunately!

Another vote for Cosmic Ray's. We never miss a lunch here. I am addicted to that darn toppings bar.

Casey's in MK is probably one that we do visit, we are not huge fans of counter service.....but do visit in Epcot's countries, the counter service in Norway, Morocco, France....we think they are about the best but we are adults so I am sure those with children have better answers for you.

MK - Chicken and ribs meal at Cosmic Rays is the best CS value on property but also my fav overall. The fixins bar makes getting a burger actually worth it (I do my best to avoid Burgers). They also have the same fixins bar at Pecos Bills.

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons (very fresh and great food with awsome selection) I also like Tangerene Cafe (Morocco) for lunch (unique food and great portions)

MGM - Selection is bad here but I like Starring Rolls sandwiches(ham or turkey only and just for lunch)

AK - Flame Tree BBQ (noting amazing but good BBQ by WDW standards)
