that is good for 40% room during most of the time I already have a trip booked.

I'm already using the 40% off for military, so it isn't going to help us any.

I don't understand how the Pin distribution system works at all. The pin was issued to help celebrate my birthday and get me to come to WDW. I guess it isn't tied into their reservation system.

Weird. Kind of neat to get a pin though
And very cool that I get to be at WDW for my BD anyway

Cool that you received a pin! I received my second 40% off pin back in Dec 08 and the other day I received another 40% off pin but with better dates but in my best friends name to my mailing address...I had booked us all a trip back in 04 and this is the first time that a mailer in her name was sent to me

I just got the same pin. I'm guessing that it is linked to the registation for free birthday admission. It ends up costing almost $100 more with that pin rather than the Buy 4 Get 3 deal that I currently have booked

I say that because I registered my fiance for his birthday (during our honeymoon). The email came addressed to me but mentions his birthday and used his name. I called for a quote and it would only save me $7. Not worth the hassle of switching. But still very exciting!

Interestingly, the CM said that it was good for the rest of the year - not just for the month of August as the email indicated. I know we can't afford another trip this year. We close on our first house and are getting married within 3 weeks of each other!
